Just a note to say we really enjoyed our trip to Tuscany. The resort was quite suitable, the surroundings  were so beautiful.

The wheel chair assistance made the trip enjoyable and we were taken care of so well.

At the end of the trip the taxi was there waiting for us.

We have just returned from a month in the Algarve and had the most amazing time. Well organized from our arrival in Lisbon, picking up the car to the beautiful accommodations at the Algar Village in Albufeira. Excellent restaurant on site with exceptional staff. We would recommend using Sunmed and will plan our next vacation with them.

We had a very complicated situation, 6 of us where departing from Toronto, another 4 from Goa and 4 from Brazil, we where having our 15th family reunion in the Algarve and No one in Brazil or Goa was able to find a agent to put this all together, My next door neighbor had told me about a family runned agency that has been specializing in Portugal and Spain for about 30 years. After my first phone call, I was passed to one of the lead agents and he was even a little concerned that, all of this could be arranged by one person. Rafael called me back two hours later and said NO PROBLEM, I was very skeptical, but after talking to him and e-mailing him back and forth for 3 days, he had it all worked out, we all landed in Lisbon within 3 hours of each other, had a beautiful Mercedes benz mini van waiting for us who then drove us for about 3 hours, and arriving in this beyond words that I can described a 5 bedroom villa on the ocean with our own private pool. My family from Goa and Brazil have been usng him ever since through e-mail. Thank you sunmed and thank you for all of your hard work Rafael
